My recommendation: apply Luxeffects over a polish to your ring fingers only; it adds a touch without looking trashy! Pure Pearlfection (pink) and A Cut Above (Silver) are more concentrated but are still eye catching. Whether you're accessorizing silver or gold this NYE, I say Luxeffects are a definite GO!
